The character of the stay

Osada Severní is a small glamping site for guests looking for quiet, privacy and time in nature.

It is not a place for parties, celebrations, stag or hen weekends or other noisy social events. By booking, the guest confirms that they understand this and will respect it.

Capacity

• The maximum capacity is 4 people.
• Only the people named in the booking may stay on the grounds.
• Visits by other people are possible only by prior arrangement with the operator.

Check-in and check-out

Arrival: 15:00 to 19:00 (or as individually agreed).

Departure: by 10:00.

Handing over and returning the property is self-service via a key box, or in person by prior arrangement.

Conduct on the grounds

Guests are required to treat nature with care, to respect other people nearby and to handle the equipment gently.

• observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 7:00;
• hold no noisy celebrations or other events;
• use no fireworks;
• damage neither the greenery nor the equipment;
• follow the rules for safe use of fire.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside all buildings. Smoking is permitted outdoors only, using an ashtray.

Pets

By prior arrangement with the operator only. The owner of the animal is responsible for any damage and for cleaning up after it.

Safety and fire

Guests use the stove, the fire pit and all other equipment at their own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult throughout the stay.

• Only wood may be burned. Burning household waste or other unsuitable materials is forbidden.
• Fires may be lit only in the designated place.
• The fire must be properly extinguished after use.

Equipment

Indoor equipment must not be taken outside. Using your own electrical appliances is possible only after telling the operator in advance.

Hygiene, waste and the toilet

Wet wipes, sanitary products and similar materials must not be put into the toilet, the basins or any other drain. They belong solely in the bins provided.

Waste must be sorted and placed only in the marked containers.

Weapons and prohibited substances

Weapons and ammunition may not be kept in the buildings of Osada Severní in a state allowing immediate use.

Narcotic or psychotropic substances and poisons may not be held, produced or kept, with the exception of medicines prescribed by a doctor.

Parking and footwear

Parking is allowed only in the designated place. Outdoor footwear is not worn inside the kota or the wagon.

Before you leave

The final clean is done by the operator.

• wash the dishes you used;
• sort the waste;
• strip the used bed linen and leave it in the designated place;
• return the equipment to where you found it;
• close the windows;
• lock all the buildings;
• return the keys as instructed by the operator.

Liability for damage

The guest is liable for damage caused to the equipment or fittings of Osada Severní. Any damage must be reported to the operator without delay and compensated in a reasonable amount.

Ending the stay early

In the event of a serious or repeated breach of the rules, the operator is entitled to end the stay early, with no right to a refund of the price paid or any part of it, to the extent permitted by law.

• exceeding the permitted number of people;
• inappropriate or aggressive behaviour;
• repeated or serious disturbance of quiet hours;
• unauthorised celebrations or other events;
• deliberate or grossly negligent damage to property;
• endangering the safety of others.
