Who processes your data

We have no data protection officer, so please contact us directly.

What we collect

From the booking form:

• your name;
• your e-mail;
• your phone number;
• the dates of your stay and the number of people;
• a note, if you write one.

During your stay we also keep a guest register, in which the law requires us to record the name, date of birth, permanent address, identity document number and dates of the stay.

We collect nothing else about you and we buy no data from anyone.

Why we process it

• Booking and stay: performance of the accommodation contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Without these details we cannot book your stay.
• Guest register and the local tourist fee: compliance with a legal obligation under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
• Accounting records: compliance with a legal obligation under the Czech Accounting Act.

We do not use your data for profiling or automated decision-making, and we send you no marketing unless you ask for it.

How long we keep it

• Booking details: for the stay and a further 3 years, during which claims under the contract can be raised.
• Guest register: 6 years from the last entry, as required by law.
• Accounting and tax records: 10 years, as required by law.

Once the period is over, we delete the data.

Who we share it with

Nobody, beyond what the law or running the accommodation requires:

• the municipality of Lobendava, to the extent needed for the local tourist fee;
• our accountant, to process the paperwork;
• public authorities, if they request it within the limits of the law.

We do not transfer your data outside the European Union and we do not sell it.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies and does not track you. There are no third-party tools, no ad networks and no visitor measurement.

We store a single technical cookie, and only after the operator signs in to the administration. It does not concern ordinary visitors.

That is why no consent banner pops up here: there is nothing to consent to.

Where the website runs

The website and the bookings run on our own server, not in a cloud service. Photos, text and bookings are stored there and are not sent anywhere else.

Your rights

You have the right:

• to know what data we hold about you and to receive a copy;
• to have it corrected if it is wrong;
• to have it erased, if we no longer need it and no law requires us to keep it;
• to restrict its processing or to object to it;
• to have it transferred elsewhere.

Just write to [email protected] and we will reply within a month at the latest.
